Play Doh. I can understand why Peanut wants to eat it, it smells very (hmm, how would I put it), sort of sweet and full of childhood memories - if you know what I mean. Enjoy your break.
I watched Into the Wild last weekend. It's still with me too. {{sigh}}
But thanks for the book recommendations - I'm on a Young Adult kick lately! And don't worry about the play-doh; that stuff is so salty I'm sure she won't want to eat much (hopefully). : )
play doh - so fun! i'm not sure if it's tasty or not, i was too much of a scaredy cat to try anything as a kid. and congrats on getting your portfolio done for the National Boards - how do you do it all? And read?1? Obama-mama!
I haven't watched Into The Wild yet, but other forces corralled me into reading it. I'd just read another book by Krakauer and had just heard about the movie. It's a really good book. I'd totally recommend reading it.

maybe you could make some of that kool-aid homemade play-doh? i think it's basically flour, salt, water and kool-aid powder. my mom always used to make it for us, and while it didn't taste good, it definitely wasn't poisonous or anything! and it smelled like cherry!

Ahh, but the peanut is too cute. She's growing so big and look at her hair! It's long and she's getting older. Ohhh . . .

I saw Into the Wild last week. I thought it was interesting to watch and moved well, but I didn't really get it. I don't know - I didn't really understand his character, esp at the end, when they thanked his family for helping with the making of the movie. Were they really such the bad parents that he thought they were?

Oh, wow, Peanut's hair is so long! And, just and FYI: I am living proof that Play Doh is not toxic. (I ate a lot of glue too!).
Breakfast, Lunch, Tea is on my list too! (Because of Rangsiwan, of course.) And sereiously? Little Peanut is not looking so little anymore what with her hair pulled back like a big girl...so sweet.
Your Peanut is adorable! You should definitely try the homemade play-doh that someone listed above. You can also find recipes for peanut butter playdoh, if your little one isn't alergic.

I watched Into the Wild last weekend and was haunted by it too. I still felt like crying an hour after watching the movie. I am reading the book, as well. It's really good. But I'm kind of a fan of Krakauer's writing.
The little peanut is beyond adorable! Makes me wish mine were that little again. A little playdoh never hurt anyone, right?
