Great review, thanks. I've only read a few selected parts as yet, but I couldn't agree more. After I read "Chaos" (Glieck) about twenty years ago I'm always on the lookout for good books that integrate this thinking with their work. I even have Wolfram's book (he has some good points, but he should pay attention to other work more).
Professor Benkler was as Freedom to Connect last year and he kindly signed my copy of his book.
