I know we are very lucky to have Geno Petro writing with us at BloodhoundBlog, and my expectation is that Geno's real estate clients reap a countervailing good fortune. I love good writing second only the breathing -- and not always second. Geno has a talent that is simply transcendent. He can capture the moment perfectly and put the reader right in the middle of it. What does that have to do with real estate? Maybe nothing. And yet I know from my own commercial transactions that contemplative people simply do a better job. Understanding a procedure might be sufficient -- until something goes wrong. It's then that you need a champion who understands the world -- and knows how to make it more perfect.
