What fun! I do empathize with your Beloved on the clothes front, though. Since moving to California, I've forgotten what wearing real shoes feels like. Flip flops...that's it for me.

you iron t-shirts?
Crikey, what a class act!
My kids discovered an iron lurking in my sewing lair the other day. Bearing it aloft in evident glee, they blurted;
'Mum... what's this?'
Which pretty well tells you how often things get ironed around here!

Nor me usually.... this was not just creased; it was CORRUGATED. I think my kids would have had same reaction. When invited to join 'sock lottery' (ie mother's washing load) my son opted at an early age to do his own... Who was I to object...

The difference between yoga and chickens....a brilliant philosophical observation granny p.
And the cost of fancy t-shirts today...I'm talking a couple of hundred dollars for the arty sort... makes them very formal in my book!

I'm thinking of emigrating, Granny. I think it's the little bits of pretty food on trays that clinched it.
