I read Baghdad Burning (have her on bloglines) but haven't had a post come up in a while. I'll check it from your link.
Thanks.
I hope your lizard makes it. And I don't fool with anti-aging stuff. Too little, too late I'm afraid.

Skin does benefit from a bit of moisturising but it shouldn't cost the earth. Skin Wisdom from Tesco - created by an Indian, I find excellent.
Can't say anything about the carnage - it's too depressing and awful.
And finally it is the law that men never listen!

I left it too late to be vain, so slathering on stuff is, as you say, a case of 'after the horse has bolted'.
People make many wrong assumptions. A friend of mine's mother's dying words were 'never assume anything'. Sage advice. Enjoy the Autumnal weather? Spring and summer is on the wind down here.

Oh yes, you're all right...why bother. But at the latitude of the Canary Islands - as in Oz, Link, some creaming up is necessary, cheap or not. Age does it's best. But at least you shouldn't allow climate to hurry up the process. 'Never assume anything'...very wise. I try not. But who succeeds entirely..
