I have to admit, though, to being intrigued about the Rochester situation. Has this been explained more in a previous post that I have somehow missed?
Re Mr Rochester; there is a new version of Jane Eyre on the telly which is watchable although Toby Stephens is not my idea of Mr R. I like Jane though. Maybe you'll catch it when you are over.
Live-in geek? Indeed. I'm the nearest thing to it in our household - but not enough. Lizzy - I explain as much as I do in the profile bit - it's all I can really - the rest you can infer. Admit being a bit elderly for Jane Eyre - but never mind. Will pick that up, Pat. Have been watching here via DVD the magnificent Bleak House. Joy of joys. I can't quite see Toby Stephens as Mr Rochester either...too young; but Mr R in any form would seem young to us. Oh what a pain.
Well if I had Orson Well's Mr Rochester right here - right now - I'd be younger than springtime!
