Lovely post grannyp, but exhausting just to read. Very glad to hear it wound up, well for a time anyway, with you in hammock.

Given all that you've been going through recently, I don't really expect you to have the time or energy, but I tagged you in this post http://vanda.co.uk/vandaweb/?p=194. Feel free to ignore it if you want.
So sorry to hear about BB. I hope that, until June, at least, you can 'live your life' and that it's good with pleanty of relaxing.

That wretched disease. I'm so sorry.
The British version of Malaga has been many years in the making! Thank god most ex-pats prefer to be near the sea as the interior bits of Andalucia mostly retain what counts (to my touristy eyes, anyway).
Enjoy your in-between times, P.

As long as he can still enjoy his DT and PI breakfast that's encouraging. How different it must seem to your own spot. After numerous visits to the Costa del Sol we agreed with the title: Costa del Crime, but hopefully they will have cleaned up their act by now. Hope you have a nice lull now.

What good friends I have as usual. Greetings Vanda - am flattered to be tagged - but do you mind if I pass on this one? Am too busy processing tomatoes... among other things.Oh yes, the inner bits of Andalucia are still lovely. This time alas I couldn't go and look though. My only glimpse was returning to Madrid by train... a lovely trip.
