I haven't deleted "R" but I DID manage to completely decimate the pocket paging system once while reprogramming it. You know, the things we answer patient and doctor calls on.
Yeah...the nurses were kind of angry about that for some reason. 
I still want to go talk to former tech guy and tell him that you did it again. Don't worry, at least they fixed it!
Speaking as one of those tech guys that have to fix things, Don't do that!!
