As someone who has worked in a gym for many years, let me clear this up:
No one is the same as far as losing weight goes. In my experience, yes most people lose from around the waist before anything else, but Ive seen lots of people where the thighs are the first. For me, it IS the arms for some weird reason. Some women with the breasts. Some women dont lose any weight in their breasts. Its not 100% for anyone, but more people seem to lose it around the torso area.
You CANT spot control either. You can tone and tighten up muscles, but you wont see that definition if there is a layer of fat over it and the ONLY way to get rid of fat is to burn it off with cardio. So if someone wants less flabby arms they need to be doing weight training every other day 3x a week, and I recommend doing cardio every day 4-5x a week. However, they will lose fat everywhere, not just the arms.

For starters, Rich (RJ) is not 30 years old. He's in his mid twenties. He was not arrested for child porn or anything like that. He's still living in DT LA and doing well. He's practically my brother and I talk to him just about every day. If something happened to him because of Bang, I'd know. Bang is down because the girls running it accidentally deleted all the posts and couldn't figure out how to fix it, despite the fact there's probably a current mysql backup file they could use. The forum is hosted on Rich's personal server. He didn't "jump on" the opportunity to host them. Angelah's previous host Mel's server was unable to keep up with all the traffic, so Rich agreed to host them for free, like he has done for many other people because he's just generous like that. Anyway, when the domain name needed to be renewed, Angelah told Rich she couldn't afford the $10, so he paid for it. He paid for the domain and hosts it, so technically he owns it even though the domain is still in Angelah's name. Had she still been an active admin, then maybe she could be considered as the owner.
Hopefully that clears up the whole dumb argument.

You know that old saying, “Stuck between a rock and a hard place?” Well, I never got the full effect of the meaning up until recently. If you understand that in the slightest… Well, you’re still probably two steps ahead of me, but I’m really trying to figure things out and it doesn’t seem to be in my favor in any sort of way at any time or place. I’m trying to keep my head above water as much as possible while keeping the spirits high, but there are so many things teaching me one thing after another and about something other and blah, blah, blah. My ramblings don’t make much sense right now, but neither do most things going on around me lately. I guess it sort of fits.
Although things haven’t been looking upward for me, they could be worse. I recently had a chance to sit down and have a conversation with someone temporarily home from Iraq. Just thinking about the conversation makes me feel like a worthless and ungrateful twit due to my last paragraph. I really wish so many could meet someone as incredible as the man I met and really re-evaluate a lot of their perspectives on many things . Never before in my life had a felt such compassion towards one person that it made me want to burst into tears for them. If you want to know what true heartbreak is, it’s in the voice of someone who has dealt with the loss of a friends or family member right before their very eyes in a war. I can’t imagine a feeling much worse. — I won’t go into the politics of such matters and emotions, but to hear the perspective and opinion of someone who is being put under attack on almost a daily basis away from everything they love… Well, it weighs heavy on the mind and heart.
Things will look up eventually. For me, that is… Been through worse. Luckily I have someone holding my hand every step of the way.

Im 22 and have no desire to own a house right now. Yes, it sucks putting money into something you're not going to own. But I almost see buying a house as 'settling down' and staying put, which I have no desire to do. I like to put my money into traveling.
