Ahhhhh... the infamous 9th circuit court! Unfortunately, I have seen too much to be surprised at their activist stance (that's what the 9th circuit does best) AND the lack of common sense that having a man or woman who is attracted to the same sex bunking with said gender is a bad idea.

The bottom line is our people have a CONSUMER mentality when it comes to politics. We focus too much on who will "respect us". The fact is that the Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chaser front has been holding their asses out for the Republicans to kiss for a long while.

This all sounds good EXCEPT we must note that the Democrats control 100% of all majority Black districts in this country and despite having the POPULAR trust they have failed to deliver on the big promises that they have made in the areas of education, safety and economic development.

The relationship between the prevailing Black sentiment and the Republicans is not going to change until Black people start shopping for RESULTS rather than ideological compatibility.
