Gravatar Try Metro Underground to untap. It's a cost effective way to negate Sensory Deprivation.

As for the Illusions of the Kindred, try Psyche (assuming the vamp that played Psyche survives).

If you want to lock the Ravnos vamp in the first place, albeit temporarily, try Pentex Subversion. The latter ensures that the locked Ravnos won't be playing Sensory Deprivation.

Of course, the best way to deal with the Ravnos is to oust them quickly. It ensures that they can't play the cards you fear.

One of the most effective decks against Ravnos players is a pure bleed or semi-bleed deck; the Ravnos, as a clan, are simply not efficient at bloating (by the way, most Ravnos players hate weenie decks that can really bleed; it screws with the Ravnos player's set up strategy).

Global damage cards are also quite effective against the Ravnos.

Gravatar Hey, thanks for the advice. :D

Gravatar Hi, Eric! Decided to drop by ^_^ --

Some thoughts --
* Illusions of Kindred can be played when your crypt is empty. In this case, it simply ends combat. The rest of the effect is lost, since no new opponent can be retrieved from the crypt. [LSJ 971002]
* There is no room to play Psyche(superior) between the time Illusions of Kindred ends combat and when the new combat begins. So, unless your crypt is empty when you play Illusions of Kindred, Psyche cannot be played. [LSJ 971002]

... I think Telepathic Tracking is the solution to Illusions

Gravatar Somehow, considering that I'm moving to Auspex, I think I'm going to rue having traded my Tele Tracking to Peter Bakija. Ah well.
