I was wondering the same (about not suing the IBA).

They don't define what 'contempt of court' consists in. Is it that obviuos a concept?

tis is called..pick and choose your 'enemies' or critics lah.

some are easier to pick on some are not so easy to bully lah

that's why when you keep abusing the legal system to punish those who disagree with you, you end up people calling you cowards lah.
