shashlik isn't that bad from what i recall, (their borsch was cold, although the hokkien lao bengs that run the place/serve you are a bit weird).

can't compare with Troika in Talinn though:)

There is a Russian place, not sure what is the name, near Jln Sultan. It is on the street parallel to Arab Street, where Zam Zam is on the corner.
Run by Russians.
