That said, the answer he gave was a non answer at best. The time stamps will verify his answer. This doesn't defend his answer on the question, but it does bear out that he did say he had to leave at 7:30. I would also like to know Mr. Barr's position on REAL ID, the PATRIOT Act, and the Department of Homeland Security.

What is Mr. Barr's stance on the BATFE? Does he feel that they are adequately funded or that they have clear enough guidelines for the exercise of their powers? Does he feel that they are an asset or a liability? What will he do to change/improve BATFE operations if he is elected?

President Bush is very keen on implementing REAL ID to protect us from identity theft, illegal aliens, and terrorists. What, if anything does Mr. Barr plan to do with REAL ID implementation?
