Nah... I'd still rather get a Crashocaster or a Splattercaster!
yeah. doesn't do much for the less than elegant design of the standard strat
I just don't get this guitar, first of all James Tyler is supposedly one of THE master builders but I hate that finish, the headstock design too on Tyler guitars are just weird! I would love a Tyler mind you, just a plain finish though.
I have one of these in this finish and it is awesome looking in the flesh. I believe he takes 5-6 coats of paint then randomly sands them off in places but still the finish is smoth as glass and plays like nothing you've ever played before.
Great guitar builder! Headstock design is kinda pork chopish though. Tyler needed some aspect to stand out and was willing to take some ribbing to do that.
Well, I mentioned pork chops and ribs. A bacon finish would be kinda cool. Everybody likes bacon!
