I wonder if moving the pickup switch and having a three knob configuration will keep the lawsuits at bay. Didn't PRS win that suit anyway?

I've gotta say, I prefer the location of the pickup selector in this instance. I never liked it on the upper bout as on a Les Paul. I always thought it looked wrong.

Hafta agree. I have a Les Paul and a Schecter and I often bump the pickup selector on the LP. But it's a very sexy guitar with a sweet roar.

If Gibson don't sue for design infringement they are mad. I actually like the pickup placement high up, you can go mellow with upstroke and bridge with the downstroke.
