Gravatar in 1972 I was in a band with a guy who had one of these - the neck was very very very fast, with a smooth, low action. Sounded good.

Gravatar question to anybody: what would be the equivalent of a Hayman 3030 nowadays? what do you buy if you want a solid honest guitar with personality and don't want to buy a main brand?

Gravatar Another great idea for Eastwood to re-create.. Looks to be a shoter scale than a Fender.

Gravatar Isn't that one of those modular lads, that went onto become the Shergold Modulator?

Gravatar get a gordon smith

or looks wize a music man

Gravatar Fridge knob plate? More like 70's hifi system!
It's a great looking British product so don't let Eastwood anywhere near it!! Unless of corse you want it to be adorned with Fender and Gibson hardware!
Have you noticed us Brtis are so imaginative at naming guitars-1010-2020 etc and Watkins Rapiers 22-33-44

Gravatar let's get Canada back and make Eastwood british again!

Gravatar Where they made in Britain then? Thing is they would be too expensive then. :-(

Gravatar Great shocking treatment you probably may have experienced because of these guitars. Keep rocking on, man.

Gravatar thats a shock......seeing my guitar on a here! lol yes, i do own the hayman in question, and its currently performing effortlessly at rehearsals and gigs!

Si

Gravatar Nice guitar, have over a dozen Haymans now myself, just bought a 2020 semi hollowbody and love the 1010 w/ three pickups(usually single coils)Shhhhhhhh.....don't tell anyone how great they are.

Gravatar Ibanez made a guitar called a "Talman" about 20 years ago that was a knock off of that.

Gravatar Blimey! The Talman can't be 20 years old already? One of Ibanez's nicer designs though.
