Very nice indeed! Putting stock Gibson hardware on a quirky guitar (Eastwood) usualy spoils its character but the quality of this instrument looks so good I could easily live with this guitar. But I wonder what happened to the original body and hardware and why did it get rebuilt, it's usualy a neck that causes problems, not a body.


Gravatar I checked over on the Ovation Fan Club messageboard and sure enough some of the guys had already seen this as there was a thread about it.

Someone suggested that the body may have be a real Ovation Deacon body that had "escaped" from the factory before the routing had been carried out. I suppose it's a possibility.
