Sound Off on the Nutt

Gravatar I saw your comment on A Soldiers Perspective and decided to check your site, only to find an article about what happens in front of Walter Reed on Friday nights. I frequently go there on Fridays to visit some of the wounded soldiers and I see the protestors but didn't know anything more about them. Your post was informative - I didn't realize that you are there on Fridays for the guys who go to Fran O'Briens. I was invited as a guest by one of the soldiers at Malogne House a couple of weeks ago but couldn't go, so I took him out to dinner a couple of days later. These wounded soldiers have gone through so much and need to know how much they are appreciated and supported. Many of them have had so many challenges to overcome in their healing which will continue long after they leave Walter Reed. I'm glad you are at the gates to let them know just how special they (and their families) are!

Gravatar Thank you for taking the time to visit the wounded at WR, Sabo. The men and women inside that building deserve all the respect and support in the world. Please let them know (those who don't already) that we're trying to make the commie-pinkos take their protest to a more suitable location, like congress or the White House. We don't want our heros to see anything but the pride we feel for them when they look out on Georgia Ave.

Gravatar Thank you for standing up to those nutcases. I can't understand why they won't leave our troops alone and let them do their job. You don't like Bush's policy? Get on the bus with Sheehan... and then blow yourself up.

Gravatar Hey there Gunnut, what's a shakin'? Sorry I haven't written or viewed in awhile, but I thought it was time I stopped being busy a dropped by. God bless you and ALL of your people doingg good things in front of Walter Reed. I'm going to clue all of my buds over here in on what y'all are doing. Those idiot dough-heads across the street from you have quite a few of us over here pretty pissed off, and it is uplifting to know that someone is standing up for the men and women doing the hard work. God Bless you all, and thank you!!!!

Gravatar Great post.
Thank you for supporting our troops and spreading the word.

Gravatar How did we not meet Friday????

Gravatar We may have met, Andi. I just hold signs, wave a flag, and try to stay out of the way.
