When I first read it I was happy, but how does this effect judges rulings and laws? I do not think this opnion will make a big effect at first, but it is a good start. I still will view the Bush administration with some suspicion due to their lack of support in several key battles lately. Maybe they see the light.

I do not know what effect it will have on judges or laws either. I was eleated when I read it and still happy with guarded optimism.

Just the fact that a document exists that verifies what some of have been saying for years is a good thing in and of itsself.

Considering all of the research that went into it, we now have a government document to back up any responses we make to the collective charges of the Brady Bunch or the Million Commie Mommies.

It may take time but this document will begin to make a difference to fence sitters and moderates.

Time will tell, but this is a turning point.
