Another ridiculous law in the books.

It should be up to the individual businesses whether they want to allow smoking or not. The City of Lincoln (and Omaha soon) need to stay out of this. It is all part of trying to justify their existence in their little political world I guess.

As a non-smoking individual, I realize that I have a choice whether or not to patronize a business.

I do not smoke, but laws like this are done for no other reason then an inbread nanny nature of most politicians that desire to control us.
