I am a non-smoker, and I don't care to go into bars or restaurants that are filled with smoke.

That is my choice!!!

In my opinion, it is not any government bodys responsibility to ban smoking. It should be up to the business owner, and more importantly up to the customer who chooses whether or not to patronize the business.
