When Noble was arrested, Obama wasn't even due to arrive for another 30-60 minutes. So Obama was not "speaking," he wasn't even there yet.

The prosecutors have pushed the case out to March of next year to give them the maximum possible time to muddy the waters and twist the truth. Don't help them do it.
