Anon: Yes I have. What happens is private companies maintain private data bases by purchasing criminal history information from the states. If a company fails to regularly update their data, an expunged arrest record can easily surface in their database. Believe it or not, there are laws that require these private companies to regularly update their information or face fines and prosecution. I wonder how forcefully these laws are enforced, however. Nonetheless, I firmly believe an expunged arrest record is better than a non-expunged record. Thanks for your comment.
