Why do they make new models of the breath test machines? Leads me to believe the old ones falsely accused innocent victim of a crime...

Is anyone aware of comparable problems with the Intoxilyzer 8000. I'm currently involved in a matter where the device measured mouth alcohol twice, 20 minutes apart. Given the 10-12 minute time it takes for mouth alcohol to dissipate, this seems erroneous.
