I don't understand how the police get their own personal judge for blood warrants that is available around the clock.
Shouldn't there be some way to challenge a warrant issued at 7pm on Friday night before 8am on Monday morning? It doesn't seem fair.

Anon: At least for the time being, forced blood draws are legal in Texas using a law enforcement tool called an evidentiary search warrant. We will certainly comment on any appeals court rulings to the contrary. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
