Glad you got off the Avandia, I tried it too and had nothing but trouble, the blood sugars went down slightly but the edema and weight went straight up. This is the result of the drug pushers pushing their unproven crap to the medical profession along with the media hype, the PETA bunch not allowing animal testing and the subsequent killing of the patient. But, what the hey, not all of us can bury our mistakes now can we? I'm off for another 12 hour day of nail pounding, that should curb some of the sweetness.
Nice of CNN to conduct a poll of Pakistanis. I'm not surprised about the results. Just means our work is not yet finished, I guess. Don't much care whether they like us. They just need to fear us.
Good point Kevin. There is a lot of difference in respecting and liking. I could really give a shit if the ragheads like the USA..and like the poll shows if we give them a lot of our wealth and let them immigrate to the USA they would like us better..fuck 'em. I have never bought friendship and don't plan on ever starting to buy friendship.
The one thing that the Islamic world respects is strength and any type of "buying friendship" is seen by them as a weakness as is negotiation..and they are quick to exploit any weakness that they see...ie, the dim-a-crits and the NY Times...
