Guy -- Some Joos, unfortunately, like many other religions out there, look for new and unique ways to try and alienate themselves. I, for one, and sick of their "Reform is better than Conservative," and "Conservative is better than Orthodox," and so on and so forth bullshit.
Anything they do to try and separate themselves from the flock, rather than try and work with them, creates more divisiveness in the world, and the last thing the world needs -- what with out of control muzzies in possession of nukes, a president who ALLOWS bands of rowdy immigrants into this country by the millions, and our national obsession with Britney Spears' "bald spot" -- is divisiveness.
People really need to try and come together,is atomizing to work for a common goal, which should be atomizing the terrorists into complete oblivion and locking the borders.

I agree. There was a time when people ( and countries ) who had significant disagreements allied against a common enemy with the idea that we will fight it out after the common enemy is defeated. The alliance between the USA and the Soviet Union during the fight against Hitler comes to mind.
I am not sure that this will happen in the near future though to fight the ragheads for a couple of reasons. One is that the USA and European public is more interested in personal comfort than they are about security..they talk a good fight as long as it is someone else wearing the gloves. The other is that the ragheads control too much oil and Europe and the USA needs the crude oil to keep the economies functioning. European countries give lip service to stopping the mad Mullahs of Iran and at the same time continue to trade goods for oil..it don't look good for the future. But I don't think it will stop the blog meet in Helen..
