Many good points. Wars with limited objectives are the most inhumane in terms of overall and long-term human suffering. More die, more suffer and wars continue to flare up over and over in direct proportion to how limited the objectives are.
The wars with less suffereing and deaths and more hope for post war peace have victory as their goal.

Well said Guy, I just heard Monkey Moon at the UN decree that there must be an immediate ceasefire, that it must be done to protect the children of Gaza. That's the problem, Israel ceases the Palestinians continue killing. I happen to be of the scorched earth philosophy, don't be hiding amongst the kiddies when you lob those 60mm and 120mm killers against the other kiddies, don't be sending those explosive laden kiddies out to blow up amongst the other side's mommies and kiddies. Furthermore it's those raghead kiddies that are doing the random killing as they have since 1948. Curtis LeMay had it right.
yeah Jack, it is Ironic that the UN will condemn Israel for bombs that kill children yet they do not condemn the ragheads who think it is just fine to strap explosives on their own children and send them in to blow up themselves and some Israeli children.
The UN is a worthless organization and the only reason I support the USA being a part of it is the permanent seat on the security council..and if that ever ends fuck 'em and kick their socialist butts out of the USA.
