yeah, but I keep hoping that the Feds will cede Kalifornia to China to satisfy the National debt
That would be a bargain!
cap and trade will raise the price of so many things so high that people can't afford them. Then the government will come along with a solution to that problem. Not surprisingly the solution will not include doing away with cap and trade. Many people will be so desperate by that time due to the bad economy that they will be begging the government to "do something" about the high price of fuel, electricity, food, and everything else.
