Yep, while they are debating and threatening lawsuits and spending all their time defending their right to teach our children social mores, Johnny still can't read! Ever watch Jay Leno's Jaywalking segments? The responses he gets from college students is positively scary in their ignorance of basic knowledge that those of us from another generation learned in grade school.
The Mrs is a conservative Christian school teacher....and she would agree with what you say.
