Foreclosures will slow drastically, last thing a lender wants is a slew of homes to pay property taxes on and reroof. Especially in a poor resale market where owning them only makes sense as housing for the owner.

I just went to an Auction where the commercial property was $227,400.00 (tax assesment): 2 beautiful buildings; built 1990 and 2005 with acreage of 8.6 and road frontage of 547 Feet. Someone may get it for $150,000.00 (auction wasnot absolute).
Taxes are $4,305.00, and i think the bank held the "auction" to get the taxes down so that they can hold on to it to get a real price for the incredible property. OH, Yes, the Jew-owned banks are smart, and depend on the fact the lemmings are dumb as "L".
For example: when the "contents" of the property were being auctioned, one idiot paid $5.00 for a cash box that had no key. It shouldhave gone for .25 cents; what was worse no one else was bidding for it . . . just the idiot . . . bidding against himself . . . this is Erie County, Pa.

I'm mixed on the authors message of declining commodity prices, they are a reflection of the devaluation of currencies which are being liquidated faster than demand is diminishing for commodities so commodities will raise in value relatively speaking. The US being such a net importer of everything except millitary and entertainment is in for a serious further currency decline to what extent i cannot predict.

Actually it will worsen for banksters with each month. Each month, a house gets a month closer to next big-bucks repair like new furnace, new air conditioner, new roof and those sudden unexpected bills dwarf property tax in most areas. US Evangelist Gives $6 Million to Israel

JERUSALEM (AP) — American evangelist John Hagee announced donations of $6 million to Israeli causes on Sunday and said that Israel must remain in control of all of Jerusalem.

Hagee, a Christian Zionist who has been in the spotlight lately for endorsing presidential candidate John McCain and criticizing the Catholic Church, brought hundreds of backers on a solidarity trip to Israel.

Hagee and his group, Christians United for Israel, joined keynote speaker Benjamin Netanyahu, the leader of Israel's hard-line opposition Likud Party, at a rally in support of Jerusalem remaining united and under Jewish control.

"Turning part or all of Jerusalem over to the Palestinians would be tantamount to turning it over to the Taliban," Hagee told an audience filled with Americans who waved Israeli flags and cheered.

Palestinians claim the eastern part of the city, captured by Israel in the 1967 Mideast war, as the capital of their future state.

Hagee said his group was giving $6 million to 16 Israeli causes. Recipients include the Magen David Adom rescue service and a conference center in the West Bank Jewish settlement of Ariel.

The fate of Jewish settlements like Ariel is at the heart of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The support of evangelicals for Israel's continued control of the West Bank endears them to Israeli hard-liners but troubles more dovish activists.

Hagee has called the Roman Catholic Church "the great whore" and a "false cult system." He has also suggested that the Catholic church helped shape Adolf Hitler's anti-Semitism."

There is no "money." There hasn't been any since 1933.
I used the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act(FDCPA) to get the debt vultures off my back on a credit card debt. I also used the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to prevent them from ruining my credit rating. When the IRS filed bogus liens for 3 consecutive years I used the FCRA to have them removed from my credit history.
The truth of the matter is you don't have to pay anyone and still have a credit score over 800. But your going to have to get off your ass-etts and do some study on the FCRA and FDCPA. Or you can chose to remain blissfully ignorant and go down with the ship.
And you mortgage holders may want to research the Credit River Decision before you become homeless.

1.) Greater consolidation within the banking and financial industry with the smaller players being merged into the bigger players, or else swept away;
2.) Greater regulator powers for the monetary authorities.

Get worried. Major area supermarket chain here now is sending out four coupons for $20 back if you buy $50 (or more) food in any one of four weeks. Since apparently mailed only to their discount-card holders who'd shop there anyways, all it's doing is paying us to shift our shopping by a few days and that's DESPERATION.
This isn't about car dealers or car makers paying incentives to car buyers to buy now rather than put off or not buy. This isn't about a woman buying a cheaper brand instead of Liz Claiborne or just not buying now. It's about FOOD and this particular store here is in a middle-class area, so apparently are most their stores.

Volcker, the Fed chairman from 1979 to 1987, had implicit criticism for U.S. regulators and market participants who allowed ``excesses of subprime mortgages'' to spread into ``the mother of all crises.'' The Fed's Bear Stearns loan was unusual, he said.

``What appears to be in substance a direct transfer of mortgage and mortgage-backed securities of questionable pedigree from an investment bank to the Federal Reserve seems to test the time-honored central bank mantra in time of crisis: lend freely at high rates against good collateral; test it to the point of no return,'' he said.

Volcker said the modern financial system has ``failed the test'' of the marketplace. When asked whether he predicts a ``dollar crisis,'' he said, ``you don't have to predict it, you're in it.''

Scenario for Depression 2008's onset. With even FOOD now discounted just to sell it 25% off, the amount that all stages along route to supermarket can pay in trucking has a much lower top amount. With a pack of cheddar cheese that was $3.79 now available here for under $3 in such a promotion, the top amount everyone from dairies to cheesemakers to wholesalers can pay truckers is reduced sharply.

I recently read an article about the American dollar decreasing in value, and how China was not happy with the idea, because the value of the money America borrowed from China would be less in pay back...Do we really want to make China mad at us?
