You should take your shoes back to the shop to be stretched. They will be placed on some kind of mould & expanded over a couple of days. Then take some candle wax & rub it hard inside the shoe esp the heel area where it gives u blisters. Works for me! Good luck!

P.S: If the shop doesnt provide such a service, try Gripz.
