Life is simply full of choices.
How we feel or what we are today, was the result the choices we made yesterday. Thus, the choices we make today, will affect us tomorrow.
The only and the most important is, don't ever regrets of the choices we made.
No need to cut yourself nor hurt yourself, but rather keep praying to your 'unknown God', cause someone is listening.

of cos its gd to actually WANT to visit your elders, but life is long, and sometimes you juz dun haf the mood, and this is where responsibility comes in. u may not feel like it, but u still do it. to me, this is a form of luv, n it wun go unappreciated by the old and the lonely.
sometimes we cant help wad we tink, but if despite of it, u can still sacrifice your time and effort to fulfil your responsibilities, i tink its gd enough...
