If you are able to get over someone just by saying goodbye, then you've got to teach me and the world how you do it.
I'm sure there's always a griefing process when you've lost someone or something. But you've got music to fill you up!
For me, sweeping or even mopping the whole house floor to some damn sad songs work for me. When the music ends, and the floor is so clean that you wanna lick it, I just can't feel anything but proud of myself. Haha. But that's just me.
Running naked down east coast beach might work too. But let me know when you are doing it. I will go cheer you on.
