Ok, now I understand the hamster part after seeing the photo on this post. Still figuring out the other part.
The supplements you are taking probably will not sustain the weight gain for long, if there is any. A sounder idea might be to consult Santa Claus. I'm sure he will be willing to share some tips.

Even my brother weighs more than you lah!! He's 45kg when he weighed himself on X'mas day.
I think you need to get rid of your SKYHIGH metabolism first. Or I can always go liposuction then "donate" my fats to you. Gladly, in fact. :p

Protien only works when you are repairing your muscles, aiding in building muscle mass afer exercise.
It doesn't do anything if you don't exercise...
That's why it's called MASS gainer and not WEIGHT gainer.
If you don't exercise much, you're better off sticking to a high carb diet.

Erh my doctor once advised me to take things like Ensure? I have no idea if it works because I never tried! It's readily available and quite cheap though.

i happen to be an ambulance driver and medics are all around me and so.. i was reading ur blog prolly like 2 mins ago, and my medic friend, kinda tells me that ur gonna fail ur whole body if ur not working out and not drinking enough fluids. side effects can be as terrible as gout and etc. and worse, kidney failure. =/ sounds scary to me and prolly to you. but just my 2 cents worth. =|
like there's no easy way to lose weight. there's no easy way to gain weight, safely too..
that weight gainer gives you protein where it gives u muscle retention and stuff like that.. and should try doing some workouts.. otherwise it'll be a total reversal.. where u'll gain more than u need.

lol. it's quite true actually..i have a navy driver who pumps with steroids and supplements and a whole horde of medics here. lol.. what advice here could be wrong?
i suggest u stick to high carb diet.
more bread rice and noodles.. the protein u need is prolly more than enough in what u find in food. those supplements are only meant for iron pumpin or body building actually..
if ur not work out in the gym or do some running. ur gonna end up like my kindergarten friend.. =/

just eat frigging mac dees for 11 whole days. best part is that they deliver it right to your doorstep, so the only exercise you need to do is walk to the door!

theres a movie "supersize me". tha guy was like kinda normallooking, and ate macs (supersize) for meals 3 times a day for one whole mth (30 days). he got really fat too. maybe it works... X_X
