I couldn't comment all day yesterday (not sure why- my crazy computer maybe?) You have been so incredibly busy- I'm not sure that I would have survived a week like that. Sounds like you had a nice (and well-deserved) 'snow day'

glad to read that you're hearing better now. I had no idea how much work it was to keep your CI's working.
I know for me I have a really hard time hearing if there is any background noise...so when our furnace or refrigerator kicks on I have to up the volume on the TV...when I'm on the phone I turn my radio off or down so I can focus on the phone.
What gets me the most frustrated is that my family just doesn't get it. DH will have to run the garbage disposal while I'm trying to watch TV or I'll be engrossed in the TV and he will come up and try to tell me something without getting my attention first...or worse not wait for a commercial! 
The ringing in my ears comes and goes. I'm thankful that it isn't that often. I should probably try to see if it is possible to file a workman's comp for this, but it may be way too late now. And I'm sure the crafty lawyers would figure out how to pass the buck so that no former employer had to take responsibility for it.
Hi Jen, long time since I have read your blog...busy traveling and loving my CI...went to the WALK4HEARING Kick Off Brunch in Tampa..are we on for the WALK in April...I thought I should ask "here" as you can't possibly have enough time to write an e-mail ! We need to get a web page up if you are still interested..If not, I will just join another team...let me know. Happy to hear of your success yesterday..I too had a mapping and did well, but my numbers are not as high as yours, but my audie tells me, we are all tested differently..I can't wait to chat with you in person and ask about your sentences tests etc. Hope you are on for the WALK! I have been reading your blogs for an hour and have not finished yet what I have missed...you are so busy, just reading it, makes me want to take a nap, LOL!
