I've heard a lot of talk about this thing you call a "Social Media Newsroom." What I haven't seen is any kind of research that says "this is what the news media is looking for." I need to be convinced before I stand in front of the purse-string holders and insist on a bit of green to fund construction AND maintenance of such a beast. Got any stats? Research? Hard numbers (as in ROI)?
