What do you think of using the Noguchi filing system for indexcards?

Quit search? If you're considering doing that, it sounds like you should scan them all into the computer or get someone to input them for you, even if it does tike time and money.

Regarding Timestamp for GTD card. I think it should be organized by time WRITTEN, so that you know where it belongs before completion, and it will always be in the same place, from the time it was written to the time it was completed. Also, it is possible that a GTD card will never be completed. It seems that the Completed timestamp is more like Extra information, than Core information for cataloging.

I think noguchi filing system works for a hundred indexcard. But not for more than thousand. It is difficult to keep whole of my indexcard system alive.
