While creation is generally governed by this 'unfashionable, uncomfortable beauty', it is virtuous when the process of creation stems from one's desire to achieve the ultimate goal or at least something which would make a difference.
There always, however, exists the paradox that a creator is inevitably bound to think of the end-product and how it would eventually lead to success and we should be asking therefore; how can this be virtuous when it is purely a form of self-indulgence?
We always have to be careful when immersed in the process of creation not to overstep the mark and become degraded of self-indulgence however much we could strive for a pure, sublime sense of spirituality.
This, in my opinion, is the actual paroxysm of truth because there always exists the fine line between this delectable self-fulfilment and mere self-indulgence.
