Aside, ideologies such as this are often not the result of actual consideration but more of tradition. Families pass down prejudice among generations, whether said generations are willing to admit it or not.

Yes, although it is intolerant, National Socialism operated under a pretext of making all people equal under the law, as Communist rhetoric also espoused. Jews were dehumanized because they purportedly were the hindrance to this equality. Of course, such a scheme of equality is merely a control mechanism and an opportunity for totalitarianism. Governments cannot settle into a stasis and function to any citizen's benefit.
The really dangerous people are the ones who conceal their agenda. This is the kind of anti-semitism (or anti/pro anything) we need to be aware of, observing what facts and points they emphasize in explaining situations. For example, Holocaust deniers will engage you in factual discussion which you will never be prepared enough to win unless you have a serious background on the subject. Holocaust denial strikes me as summoning the kind of addictive emotional fervor deluded people enjoy when considering conspiracy theories. Additionally, many conspiracy theories eventually come around to the notion of Jews as masons controlling the world or lizardmen or whatever nonsense.
I think, if someone later changes their extremist beliefs, they shouldn't necessarily be held to the mistakes they made in their youth. Granted, it becomes complicated when the person has killed or ruined the lives of others, and it depends on how they perceive their former actions. And it's not like this Facebook person will do such a thing, but berating and calling attention to her won't bring her any closer to change. If anything it likely gives her press, both supportive and denigrating, which will probably fuel the ignorance.

There's a difference between outlawing someone's pernicious views and bringing them into the open in order to knock them down.
