Typical hype from the so-called Disclosure project/exopolitics snake-oil salesmen.
They have got away with conning their supporters for so long, they thought they could cash in on this false story, and they did indeed in a few cases (see for instance "Silly Billy" Booth's page at http://ufos.about.com/b/a/256877.htm (now amended) where he promoted Paul Hellyer from ex Minister of Defense to ex-Prime Minister. Just take a look at the comments there, they say it all.

Ditto. Anyone can make a press release. I have shown at my blog, in many detailed discussions, that assertions coming from ICIS and exopolitics.com, exopolitics.org are just CRAP, plain and simple. These people are barely a notch above 1950s contactees.
As for Billy Booth's page - "Silly Billy" is a good name for him. About UFOs.com and UFO Casebook are not the place to go for reliable information. Both sites are filled with factual distortions, sensational claims, gaping-minded credulity, and a "will to believe."
