Just some food for thought - First, Niger does produce and sell yellowcake (Uranuim), second, they have sold it to Iraq in the past, (the company's name is Cogema), it's a French company (hmmm... weren't they against the war?) Third, France has sold weapons technology to Iraq in the past in exchange for favorable oil deals (SCUD missile sound familiar?), Fourth - IF the document IS forged, with the billion of $ in the Fed's budget, they would have made it harder to prove as a forgery, however, given that Niger is a third world country it is conceivable that their "official" documents are very poor in quality and officials might have some cheap rubber stamp to use for their documents - they're not in LA with Apple laptops and the latest desktop publishing software. Lastly - consider this - did everyone forget that there were people caught with Uranium, trying to sell it on the black market? It could be that non-government people were trying to scam the Iraqi government (scams from Niger? - sounds familiar). But to be fair - look at the hack job on the photo that condemned Lee Harvey Oswald, and led to the person in power that kept us in another famous and bloody war.
