Interesting perspectives, but these old eyes would prefer a different color scheme...it's a tad challenging to read.

So you know, I'm a yellow dog lower west side left wing Jewish liberal Dem and view your demographic as perhaps one of the best opportunities to retake not only Congress, but the White House. I am a bit amazed at the immigration demonstrations, wondering why we haven't seen that magnitude on college campuses with regard to outrage over, oh, Iraq, Iran, energy prices, jobs...name it.

By the way, we're almost in the same discipline, I've a doctorate in 19th English Literature, but SDS ties kept me from teaching and I wound up more than two decades as a reporter in DC and NY for a major newspaper.
