In 1921 The Sunshine Biscuit Company first introduced Cheez-It® Crackers to consumers. This unique and crispy snack was an instant hit, making it's way into hors d'oeuvre trays and lunchboxes all over the world to be enjoyed by scores of people who were drawn to it's sharp cheddar flavor.
