What works for me is just find an arbitrary task, some contest or someplace asking for very narrow demands and force yourself to work to those strictures. Kind of like Dogme for writing. Sometimes we need an obstruction to overcome because when we can do anything, nothing looks good.
there is always self sabotage.
But enough of that. Writers block is one of those things... you know how to punch out.
But really I hate you for the linked video. I couldn't close it fast enough. The faults are legion. But the worst is fucker has no idea where the 1 is ... there is white rap and bad rap but I have never encountered such rhythm-less rap before.
