Tug: The GOP House did pass an ANWR drilling bill. But the idiots in the Senate filibustered it.
Even if the Senate kills the bill again, it needs to be brought up again and again and again.
But the Dems won't even let it get brought up for a vote in the House.
That's democracy, Democrat style.
Did you all catch OBAMASSIAH's speach? he said the price of gas is about right, but that it went up too fast. So the DEms plan for gas prices is exactly what they wanted, but just too fast.
I know it passed twice in the 90's, and clinton Vetoed it.
If they were really serious about getting it done, they would have discussed nothing else until it happened, Filibuster or no.

The GOP in the House is determined to bring this up for a vote. They are doing everything they can but it's not being reported.

Well, I for one am with Tugboat cap'n. The time for talking about what to do is over with. It's time to storm the Bastille and hangin ain't good enough for those that are making us pay these outrageous prices for gasoline. maybe Obama and his crowd of elitists think it's a good idea to starve us out but the time has come to hold public trials for malfeasance in office and maybe we can borrow some of those guillotines the French have tucked away for a rainy day. The time for talk is way over. My next blog post will expand on this.
Obama wants ANYTHING that'll squeeze the middle class and the rich.
He's got a chip on his shoulders as big as Alaska and it'll take us to knock it off. But, it probably won't happen..some of 'us' are too busy gawking at his brilliance.
