Wait until North Korea or Iran are unfair to President Obama. That image alone should drive anyone away from supporting such a wimp.

The democraks are scrambling now after that performance last night in Philly. I think they now understand they have two albatroses around their necks. Do you think their coild be anyone that is more arrogant and out of touch than Obama? Yup, the Clintons! When there are two candidates on left that are as far left as those two are and they actually make Mccain look good, now that's saying something.

I don't even bother worrying about the rhetoric Obama (or the Hildabeast, for that matter) spews any more.
What concerns me is that so many American voters are gullible, stupid or just plain naive enough to eat it all up, and that the media possesses such a lack of shame as to support it.
The MSM has petty much brainwashed the voters in this country to believe the Utopian, mares-eat-oats-and-does-eat-oats malarkey that comes from the most unhinged leftist politicians in existence.

Hi Mike,
I didn't see the debate, but from all accounts, it is proving his lack of character. He does seem to be a wimp, as Anna pointed out. Both Dems make McCain not look so bad after all... still, wish someone like JC Watts were on the ticket with McCain. That would make it more palatable.

I can't see the difference between these two and Going back as far as Carter. the Democrap party is the home of the neosocialist, and out right communists. The difference is that they try to hide it, with the help of MSM.

Excellent post MIke and covers the truth and the real point about Obama.
He does not want to answer the questions because he has no answers. His generalities have excited audiences and now that he is questioned, finally, he has no answer and craves the time when he had a free pass and women were fainting.
Obama Man those days sre over and now it's time to face the music for what you have said and your inexperience !
He is toast!

I think we can officially note the onset of ODD...Obama Derangement Disorder...among you and many of your readers. If he actually becomes President it's gonna be hysterically funny. Blogs are not going to be enough to contain the vitriol, and it won't really matter WHAT he actually does, will it? C'mon Mike, admit it.
Undoubtedly there are many, like you, who find the direction the campaign is taking to be rather entertaining. Consider, though, that there are millions for whom the important issues of the day (Iraq, the economy, health care) impact their lives on a daily basis. If you're not one of those, lucky you, and I'm happy for you. But it will be interesting to see how many of the rest of us there are out there.
Nice low blow, too, with the little logic jujitsu that links Obama's eloquent oratory to Stalin and, indirectly Hitler. By that thinking, Mike, where do you rate the Great Communicator? Just wondering.
Oh, and yeah...nice touch too with the Pope Benedict clip. Just remember, though, when it comes to the Grand Neocon Experiment, the Pope is clearly on our side.

It is called HDD Hussein Derangement Disorder, but whatever you label it radical muslims, radical blacks, terrorists, socialists and communists love and worship him. These groups seem to comprise most of his circle of friends.

Right, Buckeye, them and the thirteen million people that have voted for him so far.
Oh, and here's two more well-known extremists who have just endorsed him. These guys are radical for sure!
With 13 million of us and counting, how are you going to tell the radical muslims from the socialists from the communists from the terrorists? Good luck.

1. The reasons to NOT vote for Sen. Obama keep increasing, as if not supporting our Military and wanting to have tea and cakes with terrorists weren't enough.
2. At some point, I would very much like to know your opinion on TIME magazine's desecration of the Joe Rosenthal photograph of the Flag-raising on Iwo Jima. Please.
3. The above photograph is such a beautiful representation of Spring. You are, indeed, a lucky gentleman to have such beauty in your garden.

I guess Philip has voted for Sen. Obama. Which means he likes a man who is friends with a terrorist, a communist, and a racist. You are known by the company you keep Sen. Obama since you have no extensive legislative record to look at.
Loon, that despicable desecration is a travesty. Three men of the Greatest Generation in that picture died on Iwo Jima. They deserve respect, not manipulation to push a political agenda.

Loon: What do you expect from the "news" media? They have so corrupted their values that they think the greenies who wouldn't defend their own family from a murderous jihadi are on the same heroic plane as the Marines who died on Iwo Jima to defeat Japan.
Furthermore, the Marines died defending freedom. The greenies are trying to take away that same freedom.

Shoprat: At the moment, I'd say it looks exactly like that.
The question is: can Obama climb back up the mountain and resume his role as the unassailable new era politician with which he started his campaign?
I think not. Once he's been exposed for being just another "typical politican" what he called "typical white person[s]" won't be so quick to overlook his flaws which are becoming more evident every single day.
He had a nice run there for many months where he got nothing but fawning media adoration. But that's not how we select a President.
We've all seen what happens when we pick a relative unknown who may say all the right things, but who really doesn't have the experience and judgement to be President.

Hi Mike.
I can see Obama winning the primary. I'm afraid something extremely evil - for instance like he killed a child, or was into pedohilia, or was an ax murderer - is what it would take to turn his gaga worshippers against him. Anything short of that and they just whine that we're picking on him. I believe the general election will be another thing entirely. I think people care more about character in the general than they do in the primaries. Just my opinion. My crystal ball went bonkers awhile back!

Mike,
Great points. I am with Gayle. I can see him winning the nomination now. McCain should slaughter him in the general. He really makes McCain look better to me. Don't worry, I am still not convinced to jump on the straight talk express. Just SAYING that McCain is a more STABLE candidate than YOBama. McCain is more 'Bill-esque' than Stalinesque.

I don't agree. If Ted Bundy or Charles Manson had the appropriately liberal political views and ran for president, Democrats would vote for them just because they are all fellow lunatics.
The truth is most Democrats don't care about the charactor thing. Everything is relative to the situation at hand, so who Obama knows or what Obama has done has nothing to do with anything. Same with Hillary. Except when talking about Republicans.

I'm actually at the point now where I'm rooting for Hillary. Not because I think she'd be easier to beat (I'm not sure who'd be easiest), but because if we do get a Democrat as president I prefer her to him.
3 months ago I'd have said the opposite.
Obama would be another Jimmy Carter, but much worse.
Hillary would at least have adults in her White House. Unbearable leftists to be sure, but at least adults.
Obama would bring in a lot of snot-nose little punk leftists who see him as their messiah. Much worse.
At the end of the day, I want a president who wouldn't hesitate to blow Iran/North Korea/Syria/etc off the face of the earth if push came to shove. Hillary would do it. I have grave doubts that Obama would.

At this point, Obama is the weaker candidate. He's not going to be able to continue to ignore the questions about what he believes. His character and associations are important issues.
Hillary actually polls better from an electoral college standpoint because she would be stronger in the big northeast states than Obama in a matchup with McCain.
And I do agree with your point that Hillary would at least have SOME seasoned professionals on her national security team.
