I notice that the woman is bending over to pick something up. I notice, too, that all the men are looking at the items she has dropped. It's interesting, though, that the items don't appear in the picture; the knees-up composition is not a typical wire service setup.
Methinks (to borrow a wingnut locution) that someone has cropped this picture specifically to make it look like Obama is looking at the woman's butt (once again, disregarding the fact that he is standing in front of the woman, not behind her).

The saddest case is the pedophile, Mark Foley, the GOP House knew there were complaints about him, but then but him in charge of the Congressional Page Program. These events occurred presently, and not in the 1990s.
I felt Clinton should have resigned. The people felt otherwise and his performance made him too popular to be found guilty on the articles of impeachment. That's the process. I think it's always wise to get in front of your mistakes by being accountable and changing. The GOP never admits their failures and reforms. This is self destructive.
