DING DING DING DING DING!!!!! -13.... How High can this go???

With this series of wins, Hillary has a good hold on the 'comeback gal' tag which means she can keep pushing as the underdog in the contest.
Denver is going to be the Dems political Stalingrad as each side fights for each delegate and super-delegate. If things get truly nasty, might make Chicago look like Minsk.
Hang on folks.
For Team McCain, having all the media glare on the Dems will allow him to organize the Republican team without a lot of pressure. Hopefully it will be time well spent.

It will be fun to watch and the question is: will Obama's followers start to drift away as he becomes less inevitable and becomes just another politician scrambling for votes while both Hillary and the news media go after him relentlessly?
Some voters will cast their ballots just to be among "the winners."
Frankly, how Americans base their ballots is a mystery to me.

Anna: Great line! "Denver is going to be the Dems political Stalingrad "
AOW: There's always been a bandwagon effect. People do like to vote for a winner. And if that winner stumbles, they may jump ship.

Mike, the good news for McCain is that while Hillary and Obama are at each other's throats they don't have time to attack McCain.
As the Texas numbers first started coming in, Obama was ahead of Hillary... then she began to sneak up on him. I found myself rooting for Hillary, something I would never would have thought I would ever do. Of course I wasn't rooting for her for the same reason her supporters do. LOL! I think this is going to get very interesting indeed.

I don't know Mike, but I think McCain wil have a little advantage as he can now define his message against the Dems while they still fight among themselves.
The GOP Convention will absolutly give us an advantage going into the final push as we have a Hooplah cheer leading event with the Dems at war for the nomination with back room deals for Super Delegates.
Yesterday gave Hillary an advantage because she has shown she can win the big States while Obama wins only smal States. Super Delegates want the biggies which gives her a stronger position going into the Convention.

Mike: I think Hillary finally has put Bill out to pasture. Or she sent him to Rhode Island to consolidate her huge win there.
Timothy: Credit where credit is due. Huckabee did what he said he would do, and I wish him well in the private sector. Forever.
AOW: Frankly, how Americans base their ballots is a mystery to me.
People are idiots. All of us.

Gayle: A lot of folks on our side were rooting for Hillary. But as she said on Fox and Friends this morning, "be careful what you wish for."
I think we're going to have to start trashing her again.
Patrick: I found it very interesting that Bill was not on the stage for her big night. He had been campaiging in both Texas and Ohio for Hillary, but less controversial than when he was in SC.

I think this is hillarious.
Obama and Hillary will tear each other to shreds and all McCain has to do is kick back and watch!
That gives him time to go out and campaign and get his message (Which better turn more our way) out to the people.
This is going to be very entertaining

It sure is more fun to watch the Dems self destruct than it was to watch our painful GOP nominating process unfold.

1191 delegates to get the nomination. Am I the first to see the numbers?
11 - the day America was attacked;
9 - the month America was attacked;
1 - the year America was attacked.
Cue the Twilight Zone music and prepare for the numerology loons.

The warmongering Islamophobe talk host Bill Cunningham implored his Ohio Republican sheeple to cross over and vote for Clinton, telling them she was merely objectionable whreas
"Hussein Obama" was downright dangerous. When his masses obeyed he
bragged he did it because Clinton was easier for McCain, with whom he staged a Vince McMahon type dispute,to beat. It's clear many dual loyalist members of The Lobby do not consider Obama trustworthy and have ordered Clinton to be bolstered.

Marie and Mike,
Unlike you I am actually concerned with this so called "self destruct".
Obama just claimed to raise 55Mil in February. To put this in perspective, McCain has raised roughly 54Mil in the last year and a half, with 12Mil coming in once he was well on his way to the nomination.
It will be fun having the democratic representative chosen by SuperDuperDelegates, but what happens then?

Indigo: Interesting. But might I suggest that since the numbers are backwards, its an indication that that the GOP is the antidote to the problem?
Kevin: I've been warning about the enthusiasm deficit which is demonstrated in money and total votes.
But we are going to have to defeat the Dem, despite all the negatives that McCain has.
We can't do this by ourselves of course. We need McCain to work with us and inspire us.
But if he's more interested in pursuing votes from Democrats and Independents most of us will be left on the sidelines.
